How it works

  1. We only use public posts. We look at public threads and posts where residents of the Houston, Dallas and Phoenix areas ask for HVAC, plumbing, handyman or roofing help. No private groups, no scraped personal data.
  2. We give links, not copies. You get a link to the original public post plus a short summary and its post date. We don't copy or resell anyone's post text.
  3. Dated and honest. Each lead shows when it was posted. Older posts are marked as such: the poster may already have hired someone.
  4. You decide and reach out. You judge the fit and respond in the original public thread or however the platform allows.
